  • What is Kaii?

    • Kaii is every woman's go-to choice for any occasion that life throws at her. Our line features intricate dresses, stylish outerwear, versatile bottoms, and various tops that you can mix and match to fit your own personal style. We are not only just a brand, we are that stylish friend who an tell you what's in, what's dying out, and what's up and coming.   • How do I place an order?

    • You can place an order on our website by adding items to the shopping bag, or by checking our Facebook and Instagram pages to find local boutiques that carry our styles. Note, however, that all stores do not carry all Kaii items and may have only limited Kaii products available. Stores and products may vary.
  • How do I cancel or edit a placed order?

    • Log into “My Account” here and select "Pending Orders".  Here, you can edit or cancel pending orders that haven't been shipped yet.

      If your order has not been shipped out of our warehouse yet, we can do our very best to make that change for you. However, if your order has been shipped already, we cannot make changes immediately. If this is your case and your order has already been shipped, contact us at info@shopkaii.com or call us at 323-584-8088.
  • An item added to my shopping bag was suddenly sold out at checkout. How is this possible?

    • The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed in the checkout. If an item is very popular, it might be available when you place it in your shopping bag, but sold out once you reached the checkout. An item added to your shopping bag is saved for 7 days, but availability cannot be guaranteed.



  • Which methods of payments can I use?

    • Kaii accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept checks or money orders at this time, unless it’s for wholesale inquiries.
  • Once I make a purchase, when do you ship the order?

    • We typically process the order within 2 business days of your purchase date. You will be notified with a confirmation email with a summary of your purchase as soon as your order has been shipped out of our warehouse.
  • Where does Kaii ship to?

    • Kaii ships internationally, within the continental US, US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii.
  • Where does Kaii ship from? 

    • Kaii is based in Los Angeles, CA, and almost all shipments will be leaving from our headquarters.
  • What is the shipping cost?

    • Shipping cost is based on destination location and weight, and will vary with each purchase.
  • How do I return or exchange an item purchased in one of Kaii's stockist stores?

    • Any items purchased at one of our stockist store may only be returned back to the original purchase location.
    • How do I return an item purchased from ShopKaii.com?

      • We want you to be completely satisfied with your shopkaii.com order, so we will accept your return of product in original condition, with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your shopkaii.com order. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Upon receipt of returned goods, shopkaii.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

        To qualify for full refund, your return must meet the following criteria:
      • Item must be defective, or of some other valid reason.
      • Item must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
      • You must notify shopkaii.com within 7 days of receipt of goods.
      • Item must arrive at shopkaii.com within 30 days of the date you received it.

      • Please allow 7 days transit time.
      • Returns will be processed within 1-5 business days after arrival.

        Exchanges at ShopKaii.com
        At this time, shopkaii.com cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange (following the guidelines above) and place a new order on shopkaii.com.

        International Orders at ShopKaii.com
        Although the policies are generally the same for orders shipping to countries outside of the US, there are a few exceptions:
        • You are responsible for all duties and customs fees that are incurred in crossing international borders.
        • In the case of returns, duties and customs fees are not refundable, and will not be credited.
        • If the package if refused because of the duties and customs fees, only the cost of the items will be returned
        • Kaii purchases from Retail Stores
        • Although we would like to accept your return or exchange, purchases made at other Retail Stores must be handled directly through the Retail Store where the Kaii item was purchased. The Retail Store will handle the return or exchange for you.


  • How long will my package take to get to me?

    • Free Shipping Restrictions:
      • Applies to UPS Ground Shipping only
      • Applies to Retail Orders only (does not apply towards wholesale orders)
      • Applies to orders shipped to the US domestic 48 states (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico)
